Beef Summer Sausage is quick and easy enough to provide a great on-the-go snack, and has class enough to grace that pretty meat and cheese platter to serve your guests.
Made with our own grass-fed grass-finished cuts of beef, our summer sausage is sugar-free and has very few ingredients to prolong the shelf life. The only ingredients are beef, spices, and maple syrup.
The best pairings are with mild cheeses and crackers that will complement but not overpower the flavor of the meat. Mild cheeses, such as Gouda, Colby, or Swiss, are perfect to pair with it. Mild crackers such as saltines or soda are also a great pairing. Brought to you in a 1-1.5 lb. log, summer sausage is unsliced and can be cut to the thickness of your choice.
